Appointments are scheduled by phone. Our team can answer questions about insurance, referrals, and what to expect at your first visit. New patients are welcome.

The patient portal is the secure way to view your visit summaries and test results, request prescription refills, and message our office about non-urgent questions.

Our portal is provided through Texas Health Care, the physician group our practice belongs to — so you'll see the Texas Health Care name when you log in. That's expected.

Completing your questionnaire before you arrive saves time and helps us make the most of your visit. Fill in whatever applies to you — we'll go through it together.

Billing & insurance

Billing for our practice is handled through Texas Health Care. You can pay your bill online or review accepted insurance plans there.

Questions about a specific bill or benefit? Call our office and we'll point you to the right person.

Where to find us

Our main office is in Fort Worth. We also see patients at four satellite locations across the area — call and we'll help you pick the one that's most convenient.

Your care team

Both of our physicians are fellowship‑trained in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, and each works alongside an experienced nurse practitioner. Read more about their training and where each of them practices.
